Foodbank

For the first time ever, food banks are giving out more food than is being donated.  Kingston Foodbank say this is an emergency and these items are needed urgently please:

Tinned Meat, Long Life Milk, Coffee, Rice, Pasta Sauce, Squash, Instant Mash, Tinned Vegetables, Pot Noodles, Oils, Ketchup and Mayonnaise, Sanitary Towels, Toilet Paper, Washing Up Liquid, Household Cleaning Products, Washing Machine Tablets, Shaving Foam, Men’s Deodorant, 2in1 Shampoo and Conditioner.

We collect food for the Trussell Trust Foodbank, with boxes in the Hall Lobby and Church.  Thank you all for your continued generosity and support.

Volunteers from St George’s distribute food to those in need in the Borough of Kingston at Tolworth Recreation Centre, open every Friday morning from 10:30am until 11:30.  Those in need and who have been referred, can come and be given food for them and their family, and can relax over a cup of tea and chat with our volunteers.  For more information about Kingston Foodbank, click here
