It was the warm welcome Churchwarden Rachel received at St George’s that led her to make the church her regular place of worship. She has now been at St George’s many years; her two sons enjoyed Sunday School, making friends that have continued into adulthood.
St George’s is the place which keeps Rachel growing in her faith, through teaching, worship, prayer, and friendship. As churchwarden, she works with Nicholas and the leadership team on the ministry, mission, and upkeep of the church. Rachel leads Radiance, the monthly ladies fellowship group and enjoys contributing to many of the ministries of the church.
Churchwarden Ken is a retired building services consulting engineer.
He was also the chairman of Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness for eight years.
He has four grown-up children and five grandchildren and has been worshiping at St George’s for the last six years. Before that he sang in a church choir for thirty-seven years.

QJ is married to Paul, the Deputy Churchwarden and they have two children who enjoy attending Sunday School in the Church each week.
PCC Member and Finance Administrator Brenda moved to Tolworth when she married Phil. Her first encounter with St George’s Church was when they had their two sons christened there and she has been attending regularly ever since.
